It's the Great Pumpkin.. Oh Wait...

 *Jumps up and down so excited * Hiya! I'm Kenzie and I am your 50 L Friday and LOTD girl, hmm a little about me .. I am a triplet With two boys I know right .. giggles I have the best family I know I know everyone says that. I go to Oceanside Elementary School, and I practically live there, I love shopping, my friends, my family, games , and some sports like soccer, I am also on the dance team.. and oh yes I've Mentioned shopping before .. Well thats why im doing 50 L friday * giggles* ... Okay so there were so many wonderful items today I couldn't help but get a few. I love being random, and different and so you won't know what im gonna say , So for my first blog I've chosen a lot of randomness stuff!

*Fair Warning this post is gonna have a few pictures* Okay we all know that Halloween is coming up and everyone has been talking about it. Where to get what you need for the Perfect Halloween Decorations, or even really cool Mouthies for the time leading up to Halloween. In my shopping experiences this morning I foud  this awesome pumpkin patch, that has some really cool rides, some fun things to do, decorations, mouthies, a pumpkin hunt * Find the little pumpkins in the patch that have faces *  There are three of them out so far .. Where is this place you ask ?? It's  Sprinkles and Bingles! That's right they have quite a few  things to do there, It was fun shopping there ! Most of the decorations are 25 L and they have three or four 50 L items including headstones, and flashing pumpkin lights.  They also have some really neat  Gacha Machines, holding bookmarks ,and little Halloween Candy Cauldrons that give you and your friends a candy nom nom when you click it  The Patch itself is up there * points*

Happy Thursday!! *waves crazily* My name is Kaydia Jewell, but peeps call me Kay! You'll have to excuse me a lil because I'm still flabbergasted that I was selected to join the famous Cosmic Scribbles team... *faints*. Anywaaaay, a lil about me... let me see, I am six years old and go to Oceanside Elementary. I have a really big family and love art! I enjoy singing, dancing, and shopping. I'm totally random... banana! and feel that even though cute dresses are absolutely adorable I could really go for mix matched nonsense when getting dressed in the morning, too. It's all about just being you and expressing yourself! 'Nuff about me, let's move on to the good stuff.

I've taken over Thursdays and I'm in charge of finding awesome furniture, random finds, and of course my Look of the Day. Hang on to yer tights, we are in for a ride!

After I seen what Abby was making this week, I just had to blog it. It's called the I can help!-Kids Step Stool. You'll be able to find it at Sassafras Kids store for 50Ls on Friday. I got a special sneak peek and I just have to tell you about it!

Abby designed the stool so that it can be used anywhere in the house, but not only that it has five different animations for you to help mommy or daddy, really anyone in the family, at home. The different animations include helping to wash dishes, wash windows, help bake cookies, brush your teeth, and even wash your hands. What's even cooler is that the texture piece on top of the stool can be changed into nine different textures! Mhm, even some for the boys! 

Let's just say you want to brush your teeth at Gramma's and you've forgotten your toothbrush. No worries!! You can click on the top portion of the stool and it will provide it for you, as well as a rolling pin for helping her bake the next day. It's only five prims and copy so you can put one in every room of the house, even on the roof! If you wanna...

Warning! Be warned that if your parents are to find out about this nifty lil stool, we can not be held liable for extra chores throughout the week! *giggles*

I really wanted to start off showing one of my most favorite outfits for the beginning of the season! It's made by Larnia Kids and it's all about nature, but as you can see it has the feel of fall written all over it. The best part of the outfit, for me, is the bracelets and boots! I am an accessory kinda gal. The chunky boots are going to be great for the slush on those muddy autumn days and even when snow starts to trickle to the earth. I chose to wear my hair up and in a head band because I love the feel of the cool wind on my neck and face. Truth is one greatest places to find hair for us lil ones. This style in particular is Lydia in barley.

Bentham Manor's Haunted House

Are you all getting ready for halloween? I sure am! It's one of my favorite holidays! I don't like really scary things, but I like scary that doesn't scare me. This week I'm taking you to Bentham Manor. This haunted house/forest is full of Halloween suprises and best of all, you can buy almost anything on the sim to take home and make your own haunted place. My sissy, Riley, went with me. We both agreed that there's  some scariness in the haunted house..if you don't like clowns, or scary imagery, I recommend you don't go upstairs in it. However, the rest of the space, including the forest has "fun scary" with ghosts, evil trees, and reapers who want to steal your soul!

Helloooooooooooo Cosmic-Scribbles readersssss! I am Candii Destiny, and for the foreseeable future, I shall be one of your newest tour guides to the wonderful world of poses, fun, fashion and more here at Cosmic Scribbles! It's Autumn Time at Runestone

I love autumn! It doesn't really happen where I live in RL (we have hot, and less hot), so when I stumbled on the Runestone sim, I fell in love with the gorgeous autumn theme. This sim is perfect for taking pictures or just exploring and hanging out with family. The sim is rated M, but I didn't find anything in my adventures to indicate that it wasn't appropriate for kids.

The sim is full of beautiful autumn-like nature, including adorable squirrels, golden leaves, pumpkins and hay-fields. I encourage exploration to find all the gems!

Oh everytime I close my eyes, I see my name in shining lights...

As the warm weather vanishes the pretty autumn colours and hairs are being release. I LOVE Autumn, I'm definitely a beach girl, but Fall holds my heart. It has everything to do with the colours. Right now, I'm ALSO in love with Maitreya's newest release, and I definitely thing you will be too!

...Setting You Free

I'm a bit late in posting this blog again, b/c I lost one of my best friends in life a couple days ago. I wanted to do something cute and somewhat meaning towards her today. Friendships in my life, are like fireflies shining in the night time. They make the darkness become beauty with the light that they shine. We hold the light within ourselves and shine bright for others to see as well. I'm going to miss all the happiness that Jess had brought to myself and others. So I caught these little fireflies and I'm going to look at their amazing gift, but realize I must set them free and remember the beauty that they shared.

Shoutout - To one of my best friends, who I could just be myself around. Even if it was texting her landline phone for 4 hours, making her machine say the funniest things. I love you very much Jess, the world has lost a bit of brightness for many b/c we lost you.

So you all love going to the stores & getting those fun prizes in the machines. Looking to see what different ones in there & hope for the best one. I've been hitting up the "Gatcha/Gacha Machines" throughout SL. I wish I had more time, but its still a cute blog!

"Two angels who watch over me...."

It's always a mixed bag of emotions watching people step back from stuff they have built from the ground up & watching them move on to grow and expand themselves.

I am "guest blogging" today, not about clothes or anything like that but about two scribblers who are leaving the blog that have made a HUGE impact on my SL and to talk about how so very important they are to me.

Many of you know Abby & Frannie, some closely and some as acquaintances, in either instance you have been blessed to have these two angels touch your life.

This is a bit of a different blog today. Today i'm not showing you anything you can buy or anything you can do in SL. Today i'm merely telling you something important; Something that means the absolute world to me.

Some of you may know Miss Strawberry Singh started this thing called Love Thursday on Plurk & Flickr quite a while ago and she now blogs it on her own blog. Today i wanted to do a Love Thursday post of my own, and tell you about something i love so very very much.

It's rare that Cosmic Scribbles delves into personal feelings. We've had the odd random special blog about our own SL's and why we started out but that's not very often. It's even rarer we talk openly about RL. You may not want to read this; so i warn you now i'm about to get sopppy :P

This week we're off to see the wizard as I share with you A Journey through Oz, a build based off the book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum, and the popular movie, The Wizard of Oz. The build is interactive, full of great surprises and pretty places and a perfect family outing! The creators, 1daisy Short & Sammi Sosa, deserve many kudos for their hard work. I think the pictures speak for themselves today!

But I have been hearing more and more people say they don't know how to play, b/c it looks too confusing for them. I'm going to try my best to help those who are interested in learning this fun game called.. Greedy Greedy!

I'm sure you've seen or at least heard about this game. Its really a lot of fun and is a great thing to do with family and friends. Just don't let it scare you away b/c its really worth to learn how to play. You have the "Greedy Champion" to help you try to understand it. Why I had the "Lowi Wins \o/" gesture made.

Grey really is an awesome colour!

I am in an exceptionally good mood today & i'm all smiles! So i thought i would brighten your day with some super cute stuff from Wear Grey.

Wear Gray is a gathering of SL designers from across the grid of all styles and genres, coming together for two weeks of fundraising to raise funds to go towards the American Brain Tumor Association to aide in the awareness, research and aiding those that suffer from brain tumours/cancer, for more information about them you can visit http://www.ABTA.org.
The event runs from September - 12th through til the 25th, 2010!  and there are a bunch of kid's stores involved too. One of them being our very own Abby and her store Sassafras

The Sun is shining and it's lovely and warm today which is putting a smile on my face. I've been skipping around singing to myself all morning, but i had to stop doing that just for a minute to show you some cute stuff i found.

Since it's pose Thursday once again i wanted to show you all one of th lovely new pose releases from Sweet Moments. I love this store and it's been a while since their last pose release so i ran down to grab this one when it came out.

A Glitterific Look of the Day!

I wanted to share this adorable look with you all today! My outfit is one of TEN new releases at Inner Peace this week! Isn't it adorable? I just love the sparkly heart, the prim accessories- sleeves, shirt, bangles, and those adorable shoes with layered socks.
I also love this new hair!  This style from Magika (at the Hair Fair) is so perfect for me - because when I was a RL kid, I always had my hair in my mouth. It reminded me of that terrible habit that it took forever to break, haha! A warning- it does require a little modding to get the hair to fit in the mouth just right.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I have a small little LOTD for you with a NEW hair place! I hope your weekend was super fun and for those of you with the Monday off, I hope you had a lot of rest! I ALSO hope that you checked out the hair fair! I went agaain this weekend to grab a few more things to show you all. One of the things I picked up was this super cute hair called  Browns 1 - Crush from Ploom. This was my first venture into the booth since it was not open on Blogger day. The hairs there are so so cute and I even went to check out the main store! Isn't this hair cute though? I love how long it is and the little pins. It is a two coloured hair but it's a really pretty colour!

To top off my awesome hair, I grabbed one of the NEW releases from Candii Kitten called [C*K] Coley Oufit. I just LOVE the boots and it even comes with a super sweet hat! She's got this awesome fall release out that's so warm and cute looking. You definitely need to check it out!!
