Live-Laugh-Love Family Fair!
Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you've heard about the Live, Laugh, Love Family Fair - a fair made up entirely of kids' stores, benefiting the My Stuff Bags foundation. They've got events, performers and fair-exclusive items - you've GOT to check it out! The official blog of the fair is here: Fair blog! You can find the schedule of events there, as well.
Today was Blogger Day, and the Scribbles staff got pictures of all the donation items, just for you! Now, there are tons and tons of items for sale, but we wanted to focus our (and your!) attention on the charity, today. If you click on our Flickr stream, you'll see pictures of all the items that donate a portion of the purchase price to the My Stuff Bags foundation. (Store owners, if we missed out your item, it either wasn't out yet or wasn't visible. Please let us know - it wasn't intentional, we promise!)
Cosmic Scribbles Flickr - donation item pictures!
Once again, don't miss this fair. The coordinators have worked so hard on it, the designers have made exclusive items, and best of all, it's for charity!
See you at the fair!
xoxo

Lean on me, when you're not strong...
Hey everyone! I think Jamie's posting today but I wanted to share with you all a very special project we've been working on - it's called Ask the Scribblers! Basically, it's an advice column sort of thing, where you guys, the readers, can write in to our private email account with a question about anything, and we'll do our best to answer it! Six heads are better than one, right?
You can ask about /anything/ -from where to find a certain item in SL, to how to get a job as a child avatar, where to go to school, things to do, how to handle situations like bullying or loneliness, finding a family, anything!
Your question will remain anonymous, of course - we will NOT post any names or emails, or share that information outside the Scribbles staff.
Then, once a week, in addition to our normal posts, we'll post our answers to your questions. Now, we're not experts! But we figure that sometimes, someone outside a situation can be more help than someone right inside it. And! We think that if we work together, we can answer just about any question about Second Life and the child avatar community that you might have.
Okay, so here are the details! Got a question? Send it to cosmicscribbles@gmail.com . If it's something you need answered right away, let us know that too. :)
Have a relaxing, lovely, sunny rest-of-your-Sunday!

For me it's confusing...
Sunday here at Cosmic Scribble's is our open day... and today i snuck in to blog about what Second life truly is for me, and how it has affected me.
Its not a story to get sympathy, or a story for any other motive. It's just something i wrote down when i was thinking about the people i have met on second life.
